Wellbeing for Children

There are so many recognised risks compromising the emotional wellbeing of young people. Risks topping the list are: increased academic pressure, increased online activities and the high stress lifestyles found in our unique family environment.

With 50% of mental health problems starting by the age of 15, parents, schools and the medical system are all hopping on board to help our children cope. We can’t avoid life’s inevitable challenges, but we can teach our children, through evidence based programmes like mindfulness and yoga, how to be resilient, confident and how to steady themselves when they experience a setback.

As a Certified Wellbeing Practitioner, I work with children to develop their emotional wellbeing using practices such as mindfulness, yoga and the economics of healthy living. I help families and schools create calmer, happier, stronger kids!
